Living Quran is rated 4+ on the App Store and Everyone on Google Play. The app contains no violence, no profanity, no gambling, no user-to-user messaging, and no mature themes.

• Religious content: the full text of the Quran in Arabic with an English translation.
• Prayer times calculated for the user’s location.
• A fasting tracker built on the hijri (Islamic) calendar.
• An AI chat companion, Noor, focused on studying the Quran and Islamic practice.

Noor is the only conversational feature in the app, and it is designed with safety in mind:

• Noor’s persona is warm, respectful, and strictly focused on the Quran and Islamic study — it declines off-topic or inappropriate requests.
• Conversations pass through automated content moderation on top of the AI provider’s own safety systems.
• Noor never issues religious rulings, and does not give medical, legal, or financial advice — it points users to qualified humans instead.
• There is no user-to-user chat, no social feed, and no user-generated content visible to others.

The app contains no advertising, no in-app purchases of chance (loot boxes), no external links to unmoderated content, and no content unsuitable for children.

• Younger readers can use the Quran reader, prayer times, and fasting tracker without any chat interaction.
• We encourage parents to explore Noor together with their children and to talk about how AI assistants work — including that they can make mistakes.
• Questions of religious practice are best settled with family, teachers, and local scholars; Noor consistently says so itself.
