Du'a for Waking Up

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ

Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi ahyana ba'da ma amatana wa ilayhin-nushur.

“All praise is for Allah, who gave us life after He caused us to die, and to Him is the resurrection.”

Said on waking from sleep.

لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ، رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي

La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir. Subhanallah, walhamdu lillah, wa la ilaha illallah, wallahu akbar, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billahil-'Aliyyil-'Azim. Rabbighfir li.

“There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner; His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He is capable of all things. Glory be to Allah, all praise is for Allah, there is no god but Allah, Allah is the Greatest, and there is no power and no strength except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great. My Lord, forgive me.”

Said on waking during the night; the hadith attaches an answered supplication to it.
