Al-Khabir — The All-Aware
Al-Khabir is the One aware of the inner reality of things — not only what happens but what lies beneath it. Classical scholars distinguish it from Al-'Alim by depth rather than scope: 'ilm is knowledge of a thing, khibrah is intimate acquaintance with its hidden dimension. So the name reaches motives, whispers, and what a person barely admits to himself. The Quran pairs it with Al-Latif (6:103), joining awareness of the hidden with gentleness in acting upon it.
