Al-Majid — The Noble, the Glorious
Al-Majid (in this second form) names the One of nobility and abundant glory, close in meaning to Al-Majid earlier in the enumeration but built on a different pattern. Classical scholars explain the two as intensifications of the same root, majd, which joins honour and grandeur to generous giving. Both appear in the enumeration reported in the hadith; this form is not used as a title in the Quran. Its inclusion illustrates how the list preserves shades of one root rather than repeating a single idea.
