Al-Mughni — The Enricher

Al-Mughni is the One who enriches — freeing His servants from need, whether by wealth, contentment, or independence from other people. Classical scholars note that the enrichment the name promises is not only material: the Prophet ﷺ said richness is the richness of the soul (Bukhari 6446). The name comes through the enumeration; the Quran states the action, as where Allah promises to enrich from His bounty (9:28). What He enriches needs no one else.
