Al-Musawwir — The Fashioner of Forms
Al-Musawwir is the One who gives every created thing its particular shape and form. It completes the sequence of 59:24: Allah decrees, brings into being, then fashions — so no two faces, no two leaves, no two voices are identical. The Quran points to this directly, saying He formed you and perfected your forms (40:64). Classical scholars read the endless variety of creation as the working of this name, since a single Fashioner produced all of it without repetition.
