Al-Bari' — The Originator
Al-Bari' is the One who brings creation into being free of flaw or imbalance, distinct and separate from Himself. The root carries the sense of being clear of something, so commentators explain the name as producing a creation that is sound and well-proportioned, with no defect in its making. Placed between Al-Khaliq and Al-Musawwir in 59:24, it names the middle moment: what was decreed is now brought into actual existence. The Quran invites the reader to look for a single crack in it and find none.

هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡخَٰلِقُ ٱلۡبَارِئُ ٱلۡمُصَوِّرُۖ لَهُ ٱلۡأَسۡمَآءُ ٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰۚ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُۥ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
He is Allah, the Creator, the Shaper out of naught, the Fashioner. His are the most beautiful names. All that is in the heavens and the earth glorifieth Him, and He is the Mighty, the Wise
