Al-Khaliq — The Creator

Al-Khaliq is the One who brings everything into existence from nothing, according to a measure He determines. Human beings make things by rearranging what already exists; only Allah originates the existence itself. Classical scholars note the name covers both the act of creating and the decree that precedes it — He knew and measured a thing before He brought it into being. It opens the triad of 59:24, where creating, originating, and forming are named together in order.
