Al-Mutakabbir — The Supreme in Greatness
Al-Mutakabbir is the One to whom greatness truly belongs, who is far above every need and every rival. Pride is blameworthy in a human being because it is a claim to something he does not own; in Allah it is simply the truth, since all greatness is His. A hadith qudsi describes greatness as His cloak, which is why the Quran and Sunnah treat human arrogance so severely — it is a dispute over what belongs to Allah alone. The name closes the sequence of majesty in 59:23.

هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلۡمَلِكُ ٱلۡقُدُّوسُ ٱلسَّلَٰمُ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُ ٱلۡمُهَيۡمِنُ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡجَبَّارُ ٱلۡمُتَكَبِّرُۚ سُبۡحَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشۡرِكُونَ
He is Allah, than Whom there is no other Allah, the Sovereign Lord, the Holy One, Peace, the Keeper of Faith, the Guardian, the Majestic, the Compeller, the Superb. Glorified be Allah from all that they ascribe as partner (unto Him)
