Malik al-Mulk — Master of the Kingdom
Malik al-Mulk is the Owner of all dominion, who gives authority to whom He wills and takes it from whom He wills. The Quran states it as a du'a to be said aloud: Say, O Allah, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and You take it away from whom You will (3:26). Classical scholars note that the ayah continues by joining honour and humiliation to the same hand, and then says that in His hand is all good. Every human authority is on loan from this name.

قُلِ ٱللَّهُمَّ مَٰلِكَ ٱلۡمُلۡكِ تُؤۡتِي ٱلۡمُلۡكَ مَن تَشَآءُ وَتَنزِعُ ٱلۡمُلۡكَ مِمَّن تَشَآءُ وَتُعِزُّ مَن تَشَآءُ وَتُذِلُّ مَن تَشَآءُۖ بِيَدِكَ ٱلۡخَيۡرُۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ
Say: O Allah! Owner of Sovereignty! Thou givest sovereignty unto whom Thou wilt, and Thou withdrawest sovereignty from whom Thou wilt. Thou exaltest whom Thou wilt, and Thou abasest whom Thou wilt. In Thy hand is the good. Lo! Thou art Able to do all things
