Al-Basir — The All-Seeing
Al-Basir is the One who sees all things, the visible and the concealed, without instrument or limit. Nothing is too small, too dark, or too distant for His sight, and He sees what is inside a person as clearly as what is outside. The Quran commonly pairs it with As-Sami' — 'He is the Hearing, the Seeing' (17:1) — so that hearing and sight together leave no act unwitnessed. Classical scholars connect the name to ihsan: worshipping Allah as though you see Him, knowing that He sees you.

سُبۡحَٰنَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَسۡرَىٰ بِعَبۡدِهِۦ لَيۡلٗا مِّنَ ٱلۡمَسۡجِدِ ٱلۡحَرَامِ إِلَى ٱلۡمَسۡجِدِ ٱلۡأَقۡصَا ٱلَّذِي بَٰرَكۡنَا حَوۡلَهُۥ لِنُرِيَهُۥ مِنۡ ءَايَٰتِنَآۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلۡبَصِيرُ
Glorified be He Who carried His servant by night from the Inviolable Place of Worship to the Far distant place of worship the neighbourhood whereof We have blessed, that We might show him of Our tokens! Lo! He, only He, is the Hearer, the Seer
