Al-Mu'min — The Granter of Security
Al-Mu'min is the One who gives security and who confirms the truth of what He has said. The root carries both meanings — safety from fear, and affirming or attesting — and classical scholars accept both for this name: Allah grants His servants safety, and He verifies His messengers by the signs He sends with them. It appears in the sequence of 59:23 among the names of majesty. The believer's security rests on the One who is Himself the source of it.

هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلۡمَلِكُ ٱلۡقُدُّوسُ ٱلسَّلَٰمُ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُ ٱلۡمُهَيۡمِنُ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡجَبَّارُ ٱلۡمُتَكَبِّرُۚ سُبۡحَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشۡرِكُونَ
He is Allah, than Whom there is no other Allah, the Sovereign Lord, the Holy One, Peace, the Keeper of Faith, the Guardian, the Majestic, the Compeller, the Superb. Glorified be Allah from all that they ascribe as partner (unto Him)
