Ar-Razzaq — The Provider
Ar-Razzaq is the One who provides for every creature — not only food and wealth, but knowledge, health, and every good a person receives. The Quran states plainly that there is no creature on earth whose provision is not upon Allah (11:6), which classical scholars read as covering all of creation without exception, including those who deny Him. The intensive form indicates provision that is continuous and inexhaustible. In 51:58 the name comes with two others: the Provider, the Possessor of Strength, the Firm.
